Our Mission and
What We Are Not

Our mission is to provide holistic, personalized support to students from all backgrounds and their families as they navigate the path through high school, graduation, and into a future that fits them best, whether that means college, trade school, a career, or something in between. We prioritize student health and well-being through self reflection, social-emotional support, and personal development activities. We are here for the process.

We operate on a one-to-one access model: for every family who pays for our services, we offer free support to a family who needs it and has limited access to resources for reasons beyond their control.

We do not promise you that we can “get you into” any school. We are not going to support with legacy admissions or highly selective universities (think Ivy League). We are not here to do the work for you, but with you and your family.

We are a team! When you sign up for our services you are getting two heads for one. We have our unique experiences and abilities, and are used to collaborating. The last time we worked together professionally was in a high school; Meghan as a school counselor, Nicole as the College and Career coordinator. We are used to bouncing off ideas with one another and tapping into each other’s strengths when it makes sense.

Just a few examples of what we do

  • Develop and implement personalized career plans for current high school and post-high students based on individual strengths, interests, and goals.

  • Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letter development, and interview preparation techniques to enhance student employability.

  • Facilitate college and career exploration workshops and seminars, covering topics such as industry trends, financial aid applications and resources, job search strategies, and networking skills.

  • Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to help students prepare for job interviews and internship opportunities.

  • Collaborate with students to create academic plans that align with their career aspirations and degree requirements.

  • Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them navigate course selection, academic challenges, and degree requirements.

  • Offer resources and guidance to students seeking internships, volunteer opportunities, and other experiential learning experiences.

  • Support student wellbeing through mindfulness exercise and social emotional awareness techniques
